His contacts in the construction sector in Mexico are ones of the best, which assures high quality of the final product.

The Villas Sacbe came out as an excellent condo complex. The construction was finished almost on time, which is quite rare in Mexico. Which is in big part due to Jack's personal control and his presence through frequent trips to Playa. And now his company is providing the rental management services making all guest satisfied. A few of my family members and friends stayed at Villas Sacbe, and they had only good comments about the management team. Jack's company also provides regular reports about retals. Of course, 2004 was the first year of operations, and the returns do not meet the full potential yet, however that is normal at the beginning, and I hope for a better next year, as more people learn about the place and come back too. Plus the market value of the complex is growing too, so I consider my condo as an investment with promising returns over the years to come.
On top of all that, Jack always had original ideas, adding a unique touch to Villas Sacbe project. And he also has an easy-going personality, it's always fun to be around him.
